Which books is Remi for?
Any book, non-fiction or fiction. Search by title and Remi adds the cover and author.
Does Remi know the text of my book?
No. Remi does not have the book text and does not read along. Remi knows roughly what a book is about and mostly talks about what you tell it. When Remi is unsure, it says so.
Is Remi on Android?
No, Remi is iPhone only (iOS 15.5 or later).
What does Remi cost?
Remi is free: books, thoughts, refresh and memory cost nothing and need no subscription. Talking with Remi needs Remi Plus: €49.99 a year (that is €4.17 a month) or €8.99 monthly in the EU, each with 7 days free to try.
How do I cancel Remi Plus?
In your iPhone settings: your name, then Subscriptions, then Remi. It keeps running until the end of the paid period.
How do I delete my account?
In Remi, go to Profile, then Data & privacy, then Delete account. This deletes all your books, conversations and thoughts. Cancel a running subscription separately in your iPhone settings.
How do I sign in?
With Apple or with your email address. With email, Remi sends you a six-digit code, there is no password. If no code arrives, please check your spam folder.
How often does Remi remind me?
At most once a day, at a random time inside the window you set in your profile. You can also turn reminders off there. Refreshing still works any time in the app.
Can I get an export of my data?
Yes. Write to support@remiapp.de and we will send you your data.
Which languages does Remi speak?
English and German. Switch the language in your profile.
